Our Clients
Our clients are owners and users of commercial,
industrial and investment grade real estate
located primarily in the metropolitan Chicago area.
We expect our clients to be straightforward, cooperative and fair in their dealings with us and any experts we may have to retain. Absent good cause, we require that our clients pay both us and their property taxes on time.
Our client list is diverse. Our
clients range from publicly-traded corporations
to family-owned businesses to sophisticated
individual investors. We have even represented Cook County Board of Review commissioners' after they leave office. We also represent religious
groups and not-for-profit organizations. A certain
amount of pro bono work is performed each year
for people off the street, worthwhile charities and active members of the United States Armed Forces.
