John P. Fitzgerald, Attorney

The principal of the firm and a nationally recognized expert in the field of state and local taxation. He has published numerous articles and has lectured extensively on the subject. He is a graduate of the John Marshall Law School (June 9, 1985).

Prior to establishing his practice, he served as a deputy assessor and deputy Registrar of Titles in Cook County, Illinois. Before attending law school, he worked as a polygraph examiner. The eldest of parents that immigrated from Ireland, he resides in the city of Chicago.
