William M. McGuffage
William M. McGuffage is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is a member of the Illinois bar. He moved his practice here on July 1, 2010 after his previous firm, William M. Dart, Ltd. was dissolved.
He is currently the Chairman of the Illinois State Board of Elections; having being a member since since May 1998. He previously was legislative counsel for the Illinois Attorney General's office from 1983-1994. Mr. McGuffage is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Chicago Area Public Affairs Group and the Illinois State Bar Association. To return to the roster click
