Recent Legislation

Tax incentives in the Phoenix area have been known to be carried away. In response, the Arizona legislature has banned business tax incentives in the Phoenix area and will consider expanding the ban statewide later this year.

Other states CO, AK, MO, GA, NC and WA are now considering similar bans. 2-21-08
